'Why Do We Smile?' Seminar

The ADT club (standing for Alaska, Dd, & Tigger- my siblings) held a seminar under the title of "Why Do We Smile?" during 'Smile Week' at our house- aka Happy House.

The seminar discussed reasons why we should smile. Some of those reasons were:

• Because smiling makes us look younger
• Because it makes us look more attractive
• Because it's sunnah
• Because it releases stress

They also backed those reasons up by referring to studies and quotes. My favorite quote was "A smile is a curve that sets everything straight". :) My favorite activity was the cross-word puzzle (Random fact about moi: I LOVE cross-word puzzles).
